Congratulations to all the children and staff at the Good Shepherd National School on being awarded the Discover Science and Maths Award 2019. Science Foundation Ireland assess each school based on their achievements in science, maths, technology, engineering and showcasing, and we are delighted to announce that we excelled in each area. Every class from Junior Infants to Sixth Class participated in this award and so every child should be very proud of our achievement.
This is the third science award we here at the Good Shepherd NS have received this year and it is our sixth award in the past three years. We are thrilled to see how enthusiastic all of our students are about science, maths and technology and we look forward to plenty more awards in the future.
